WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY OATMEAL COOKIE

Cooking Temp: 180  °C

Ingredients

1: plain flour 1 cup

 2: oats 1 & 3/4 cup

 3: dried cranberries 3/4 cup

 4: white chocolate chips 3/4 cup

 5: egg 1 (large)

 6: baking soda 1/2 tsp

 7: cinnamon powder 1/2 tbsp

 8: salt 1/4 tsp

 9: vanilla essences 1 tsp

 10: light brown sugar 1/2 cup

 11: sugar 1/4 cup

 12: unsalted butter 110g (softened)

Instructions

  1. WHITE CHOCOLATE CRANBERRY OATMEAL COOKIE

     1: sieve plain flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon powder and mix with a spoon and keep aside.

     2: beat butter, brown sugar, sugar till smooth.

     3: now add vanilla essences, and egg and beat again till combined.

     4: add the flour mixture, oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips, and mix till fully combined, cover and keep in the fridge for  30 minutes.

     5: preheat oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.

     6: After 30 minutes take the cookie dough from the fridge and use a tbsp to scoop out 1 & 1/2 tbsp, make a ball and place it on the tray, press it with a spatula.

     7: bake for 10 to 12 minutes only.

     8: let it cool in the tray for 10 minutes and then place it on a rack to cool completely.

     9: store in an airtight box for 5 days.

     10: serve and enjoy.
