WHITE CHICKEN PASTA

Ingredients

 1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut into 1-inch pieces)

 2: spinach 3 large bunches ( cut, boiled, drained) or frozen, canned

 3: mushrooms 2 cans 290g each (drained) or frozen or canned

 4: fresh garlic 1 whole bulb (crushed)

 5: cheddar cheese 2 cups (grated)

 6: salt 2 tsp

 7: black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 8: pasta 1 kg (boiled with 3 tbsp salt and drained)

 9: Alfredo sauce check the link in the video or (readymade 4 jars white sauce 454g each)

 10: oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. WHITE CHICKEN PASTA

     1: heat oil add the garlic and fry for 1 minute, on high flame.

     2: add chicken, salt, and pepper mix and change the chicken color to white on high flame.

     3: then add the mushrooms and cook it with the chicken on medium flame, till the chicken is completely cooked.

     4: now add the spinach, and alfredo sauce mix well, and wait for a boil on high flame.

     5: add the pasta mix well, add the cheese cover, and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, on medium flame.

     6: serve hot.
