VEGETABLE KEEMA (SABZI KEEMA)

1: mince 1 kg (mutton)
2: potatoes 3 (peeled & cut in cubes)
3: peas 1/2 cup
4: dry fenugreek leaves 50g (or) fresh 250g
5: tomatoes 3 (sliced)
6: onions 2 medium (finely chopped)
7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
8: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: turmeric 1/2 tsp
10:salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
11:corainder powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
12:cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
13:garam masala powder 1 tsp
14:tomato puree 2 tbsp
15:green chilli 3 (chopped)
16:oil 1/2 cup

Recipe:
1: heat oil add onions till it gets golden, on high flame.
2: then add ginger & garlic paste, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, red chilli, coriander powder, water 1/2 cup mix well and cook on high flame till the tomatoes get soft and oil comes on surface.
3: add the mince and mix well, cook on high flame for 10 minutes.
4: then add tomatoe puree, green chilli, mix well and add peas, potatoes, fenugreek leaves, water 1 cup, mix and cook on low to medium flame till the potatoes gets soft and oil comes on surface.
5: add garam masala powder and cook on high flame for 3 minutes.
6: serve hot with roti, paratha or rice.
