Veg Cheese Samosa
Ingredients
For Filling:
1: oil 2 tbsp
3: spring onion 2 (chopped)
3: onion 1 medium (sliced)
4: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
5: green chilli 6 (chopped)
6: carrot 1 large (grated & squeezed)
7: cabbage 2 cup
8: peas 1/2 up (boiled)
9: dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
10: black pepper powder 1 tsp (levelled)
11: salt 1/2 tsp
12: chilli sauce 1 tbsp
13: chedder cheese 1/2 cup
14: mozzarella 1 cup
15: egg 1
16: samosa sheets ( Check My Samosa Sheet or Patti Recipe Here )
17: oil for frying

Veg Cheese Samosa
1: heay oil add spring onions, onion, ginger & garlic paste, green chilli mix well on high flame.
2: then add carrot, cabbage, pease and mix on high flame for 2 minutes.
3: add soy sauce, salt, chilli sauce, black pepper mix well on high flame and then keep aside to cool completely.
4: once the mixture is cooled add chedder cheese, mozzarella cheese mix.
5: fill the filling in the samosa sheets as showen in the video and seal the edges by brushing egg.
6: can freeze at this stage for a month.
7: heat oil and add the samosa, fry till gets golden on high flame, then place on paper towel to remove extra oil.
8: serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
