Vada Pav Pakoda Recipe

Ingredients

 Vada Pav Pakoda Recipe || Pakora Recipe || Vada Pav Recipe in Urdu - Hindi

 

 For Filling:

 1: oil 2 tbsp (heaped)

 2: mustard seeds 1 tsp

 3: cumin seeds 1 tsp

 4: garlic 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

 5: green chilli 3 (chopped)

 6: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: salt 1 tsp

 9: red chilli powder 1 tsp

10: dry mango powder 1 tsp

11: potatoes 600g (boiled & mashed)

12: fresh coriander 2 tbsp

 

 For Batter:

 1: gram flour 1 & 1/3 cup

 2: water as much required to make a medium batter

 3: salt 1 tsp

 4: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 5: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 6: baking powder 1/2 tsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: small dinner rolls as many required

 2: oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, green chilli, mix add onion fry on medium flame till the onions get soft.

     2: now add turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, mango powder, potatoes mix well till combined on low flame.

     3: then corainder mix and keep aside to cool.

     4: in a bowl add gram flour, water mix and then add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, baking powder mix well.

     5: heat the oil.

     6: fill the dinner rolls with the potatoe filling, dip in the batter and place it in the hot oil, fry till gets golden and crisp on high flame, remove place on paper towel.

     7: serve hot with ketchup.
