 1: oil 3 tbsp

 2: salted butter 40g

 3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 4: green chilli 2 (chopped)

 5: garlic cloves 3 (chopped)

 6: bay leaves 2

 7: boneless chicken 300g (Julian cut)

 8: celery 1 rib (chopped)

 9: bell pepper 1 medium (deseeded & chopped)

10: carrot 1 medium (grated)

11: salt 1 tsp

12: black pepper powder 1 tsp

13: plain flour 2 tbsp

14: chicken stock 2 litres (take 2 litre hot water mix in 4 to 5 chicken knorr cubes)

15: noodles 100g (break in small pieces)

16: dry parsley 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 1: in a pan heat oil and butter and add the onion and fry on high flame till the onion gets soft.

     2: now add green chilli, garlic, bay leaves, chicken and cook on high flame till the chicken changes colour.

     3: then add celery, bell pepper, carrot mx and cook on low to medium flame for 7 minutes.

     4: add salt, black pepper, plain flour and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

     5: then add the chicken stock mix and bring to a boil on high flame and then add the noodles 12 minutes.

     6: add dry parsley mix.

     7: serve hot with garlic bread and enjoy.
