TIKKA KARAHI Restaurant Style
Ingredients
For Marination:
1: chicken 1 Kg
2: yogurt 1 cup
3: lemon Juice 4 tbsp
4: tikka Masala 2 tbsp
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: orange food color 1/4 tsp
7: Coal 1 (for Smoke)
For Masala:
1: tomatoes 4 (boil it remove skin & grind)
2: oil 3/4 cup
3: red chilli powder 1 tsp
4: salt 1/2 tsp
5: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
6: ginger 1 tsp (sliced)
7: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
9: green chilli 2 (Chopped)
Instructions

1: marinate chicken with the ingredients under marination, mix well, and keep aside for 30 minutes.
2: heat oil 1/2 a cup and add the marinated chicken, water 1/2 cup, mix well, and wait for a boil on high flame then cover and cook on medium flame till the chicken is tender.
3: heat the coal well.
4: smoke the chicken with the hot coal, as shown in the video.
5: now heat the remaining oil, add the ginger & garlic paste fry for 2 to 3 minutes on high flame.
6: then add the tomatoes, red chili, salt, dry roasted cumin, water 1 glass, mix, and cover, cook on low to medium flame till the oil comes to the surface.
7: now add the cooked chicken to the curry, dry fenugreek leaves, ginger, and green chili, mix, and simmer on low flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
8: Served hot with Naan.
