Three Milk Mango Cake

Ingredients

 For Three Milk Mixture:

 1: sweetened condensed milk 1 can (397g) or for less sweetness use 1/3 cup

 2: cream 1 cup

 3: evaporated milk 1 can (110g)

 4: mango puree 1 cup

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: plan cake 22 slices (thick slices & can use more)

 2: 2 large mangos (cut in cubes & slightly mash it)

 3: whipping cream 400g (chilled)

 4: icing sugar 3 tbsp

 5: yellow food colour 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1.  1: mix condensed milk, cream, evaporated milk, mango puree.

     2: in a dish place the cake slices.

     3: pour the milk mixture.

     4: add the mango cubes.

     5: place the cake on top and add the remaining milk mixture and keep it covered in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours.

     6: whip the cream with icing sugar, food colour.

     7: now top the dessert with the whipped cream.

     8: garnish with mango puree, mango cubes.

     9: keep it covered in the fridge.

     10: serve chilled.
