Three Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients

For Cake:

 1: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup (250ml cup)

 2: baking powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: salt 1/4 tsp

 4: eggs 5 (separated)

 5: sugar 3/4 cup

 6: sugar 1/4 cup

 7: milk 1 cup

 8: vanilla essences 2 tsp

 

 For Soaking:

 1: evaporated milk 410g tin

 2: sweetened condensed milk 397g tin

 3: cream 1 cup

 

 For Frosting:

 1: whipping cream 400g (chilled)

 2: icing sugar 1/3 cup

 

 For Garnishing:

 1: pistachios 10 (crushed) or any nuts you like

 2: dry rose petals

Instructions

  1.  1: sieve plain flour, baking powder, salt and then mix it well and keep aside.

     2: separate the egg whites and yolks in separate bowels.

     3: add sugar 3/4 cup in the egg yolks and beat till gets light colour.

     4: add sugar 1/4 cup in the egg whites and beat till gets stiff peaks.

     5: now take the plan flour mixture and add the egg yolk mixture, vanilla, milk and mix well.

     6: then add the beaten egg whites half at a time and fold it in the batter.

     7: preheat the oven for 15 minutes on 350f, 180c, gas mark 4.

     8: grease the dish size 9 by 13 and add the batter.

     9: place the dish on the middle rack, bake the cake for 30 minutes or till checked with a tooth pick and comes out  clean the cake is done.

     10: leave to cool completely.

     11: once the cake is cool take a folk and pierce holes.

     12: mix sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream and pour it on the cake and leave it over night so it  soaks the milk well.

     13: beat cream, sugar till gets thick.

     14: spread the cream on the cake.

     15: garnish it with crushed pistachios, dry roses.

     16: serve chilled with three milk mixture.
