THAI SOUP

Ingredients

1: prawns 250g

2: chicken boneless 250g (thinly sliced)

3: boiled rice 1cup
 
4: chicken stock or water 4 glasses
 
5: Sweetcorn 1 Cup
 
6: Coconut Milk 1 Can
 
7: Cornflour 4 Tbs
 
8: Garlic 4 cloves (crushed)
 
9: Ginger 1 tbs (Julian cut)
 
10: Black pepper powder 1 Ts
 
11: Salt 1Ts
 
12: Oil 2 Tbs
 
13: Green Chilli 3

  1. 1: Heat oil in a pan add garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Fry Till Golden on high flame.
     
    2: Now add chicken & prawns. Cook on high flame, till the water is dry & the chicken is completely cooked.
     
    3: Add corn, salt, black pepper powder, chicken stock/water. Mix well & wait for it to boil, then add coconut milk while mixing it with boiled rice. Cook for 4mins.
     
    4: Make a mixer of corn flour and a little water, add mixer to the soup & keep stirring. Once it thickens, add fresh coriander 1 Tbs & serve hot.
     
    NOTE: You can also make the soup with/without the corn flour mixer.
