TAWA MUTTON

Ingredients

1: mutton 1kg

 2: onions 2 large (finely chopped)

 3: tomatoes 3 large (chopped)

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbs

 5: green chilli 3 (sliced)

 6: coriander seeds 2tbs (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 8: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 9: salt 1 tsp

 10:fresh ginger 1 inch (cut in julian)

 11: ghee 1/2 cup

 12:fresh coriander 4 tbs

 

 

Instructions

  1. TAWA MUTTON

     

     

     1: in a pot add meat, onions, tomatoes, ginger & garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, water 2 large glasses mix well  and wait for a boil on high flame, then lower the flame to low to medium till the meat is completely cooked and the  water dries.

     2: once the meat is cooked add ghee and cook on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes, keep stirring.

     3: now add the coriander, ginger, garam masala powder, green chilli, fresh coriander mix well.

     4: heat a large flat pan add a little ghee 1/2 tsp, add the cooked meat and remaining green chilli, ginger, roasted  coriander.

     5: serve hot with naan.
