Ingredients

 For Steak Marination:

 1: chicken breast 1 kg (cut in half & flatten them)

 2: garlic 1 tbsp crushed (heaped)

 3: salt 1 tsp (heaped)

 4: black pepper powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 5: Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

 6: dark soya sauce 2 tbsp

 7: rosemary or oregano 1 tbsp

 8: oil 2 tbsp

 9: mustard paste or powder 2 tbsp

 

For Mash Potatoes:

 1: potatoes 1 kg (peeled, boiled & mashed)

 2: black pepper powder 1 tsp (levelled)

 3: salt 1 tsp (leveled)

 4: salted butter 50g

 5: milk 3/4 cup

 

For Vegetables:

 1: salted butter 100g

 2: black pepper 1 tsp

 3: salt 1/2 tsp

 4: mix vegetables 4 cups (i used frozen bag)

 

For Tarragon Sauce:

 1: unsalted butter 2 tbsp

 2: salt 1/2 tsp

 3: black pepper 1 tsp

 4: mushrooms 2 cans (each 290g drained)

 5: oregano 1 tsp

 6: vinegar 2 tbsp

 7: cornflour 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 8: water 1 & 1/2 cup

 9: cream 1 cup

Instructions

  1. For Steak Recipe:

    1: marinate the chicken with the ingredients above, mix well, and keep aside for 1 hour.

    2: heat a grill pan with 1 tbsp oil.

    3: add the chicken steak and cook it on medium flame till the liquid dries release from the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.

      

    For Mash Potato Recipe:

    1: boil the potatoes and mash them well.

    2: Place the mashed potatoes with, salt, black pepper, butter, and milk and cook till the liquid dries and gets creamy on medium flame, keep stirring.

     

    For Vegetables Recipe:

    1: boil the vegetables and drain the water completely.

    2: in a pan add butter, salt, black pepper, and the vegetables, sauté for a few minutes, and keep aside for serving.

     

    For Tarragon Sauce:

    1: in a pan melt butter add salt, pepper, and mushrooms, and fry on high flame for 2 minutes.

    2: then add oregano, vinegar, and cornflour mix well and add water, and cream and cook till gets thick on medium flame and keep aside for serving.

     

     

    For Serving: you can serve it in two ways as shown in the video.

    1: add the tarragon sauce to the steak in the grill pan and mix it (or) make the steak and add the sauce on the top of the serving plate, your choice.

    2: heat the sizzler plate add a little oil add onion rings, steak, vegetables, mash potatoes.
