TANDOORI TRIANGLE RECIPE

Ingredients

 Triangle Mixture:

 1: potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled and mashed)

 2: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 3: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 5: green chilli paste 1 tsp

 6: tandoori masala powder 1 tbsp

 7: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

 8: salt 1 tsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: dry bread crumbs 1 cup

 2: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup

 3: water as much required to make a smooth paste

 

 For Coating:

 1: dry bread crumbs 1 cup

 2: plain flour 1 cup

 3: eggs 1 to 2 (as much required)  

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl mix all ingredients under triangle, mix well.

     2: in a tray place cling film and add the potato mixture, grease your hands and spread mixture evenly, cover with the   cling and keep in the freezer for an hour.

     3: then cut the mixture in triangles as shown in the video.

     4: with egg: now coat the triangles in the plain flour, dip in beaten eggs and then in the bread crumbs.

     5: without egg: in a bowl add 1/2 cup plain flour add water and make a smooth batter.

     6: now coat it in the plain flour, dip in batter and then roll in bread crumbs.

     7: you can freeze them in a zip lock bag for 1 to 3 weeks.

     8: deep fry in hot oil till gets golden, on medium flame.

     9: serve hot with ketchup.
