TANDOORI ROTI ON TAWA

Ingredients

1: wheat flour 4 cups(atta)

2: salt 1 tsp

3: baking powder 1 tsp

4: yogurt 1 & 3/4 cups

5: oil 3 tbsp

6: water as required to knead the dough

7: butter or ghee to grease the hot roti

  1.  1: in a bowl add flour, salt, and baking powder mix well.

     2: add the yogurt and crumble the dough well.

     3: now add water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough add oil 2 tbsp, grease the dough cover with a damp cloth, and leave to rest for 30 minutes.

     4: after 30 minutes make small balls.

     5: press and flatten by dusting with some wheat flour, roll it, and spoon some water on one side.

     6: heat a nonstick pan and place the wet side down on the pan so it sticks.

     7: allow the roti to cook as it changes color flip the pan upside down and cook it as in the video, on high to medium flame.

     8: remove the roti butter.

     9: Served hot with the curry of your choice.
