TANDOORI PRAWNS RECIPE
Ingredients
1: prawns 1 kg
2: yogurt 6 tbsp
3: salt 1 tsp
4: vinegar 4 tbsp
5: red chilli powder 1 tsp
6: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
7: tandoori masala powder 2 tbsp
8: onions 1 large (crushed)
9: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
10: green chilli 3 (sliced)
11: ghee or oil 1/2 cup

TANDOORI PRAWNS RECIPE
1: Add prawns, vinegar, yogurt, tandoori masala, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves mix it well, cover and leave it for 20 minutes.
2: heat oil add the onions, and fry on high flame till changes color.
3: now add the marinated prawns, mix them, and cook them on medium to high flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
4: heat coal, place it in the curry as shown in the video, add oil, and cover till the smoke settles.
5: add green chili mix well.
6: Served hot with roti or rice.
