Tandoori Fried Chicken
Ingredients
First Marination:
1: chicken wings 1 kg
2: salt 1 tbsp
3: vinegar 5 tbsp
4: water enough to soak the chicken
Second Marination:
1: gram flour 1/2 cup
2: salt 1 tsp
3: tandoori masala powder 1 tbsp
4: garam masala powder 1 tsp
5: food colour orange 1/4 tsp
6: chaat masala 1 tsp
7: red chilli powder 1 tsp
8: lemon juice 2 tbsp
9: egg 1
10: water 4 to 5 tbsp
Other Ingredients:
1: oil for deep frying
Instructions

1: in a bowl add chicken wings, water, salt, vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
2: in a bowl add all ingredients under second marination, chicken wings mix and leave it for 1 to 2 hours.
3: heat oil.
4: add the wings and fry on high flame for 3 to 4 minutes do not change sides at this stage as the coating will come off.
5: then fry on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, till gets golden and tender for inside, place on paper towel once f ried.
6: serve hot with fries, ketchup, mayo and cold drinks.
