Tandoori Chicken Wings with Sauce

Ingredients

 Marination:

 1: chicken wings 1 kg

 2: salt 1 tbsp

 3: vinegar 4 tbsp

 4: water

 

 For Coating:

 1: plain flour 1 & 1/2 cup

 2: tandoori masala powder 2 tbsp (heaped)

 3: chicken powder 1 tsp (heaped)

 4: salt 1 tsp

 

 Special Sauce:

 1: oil 3 tbsp

 2: butter 50g

 3: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)

 4: garlic 1 & 1/2 tsp (finely chopped)

 5: tandoori masala 2 tbsp

 6: water 1/3 cup

 7: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp

 9: salt a pinch

10: milk 1/2 cup

11: mayonnaise 1/2 cup

 

12: spring onion 1 (chopped)

Instructions

  1.  1: wash the wings, soak them n water, salt, vinegar for 1 hour, this helps to stop blood oozing, crispy on top and soft from inside.

     2: wash the wings with water and pat dry.

     3: in a bowl add the coating ingredients, mix well, place the wings and coat them well.

     4: heat oil.

     5: place the coated wings in the hot oil fry for 15 minutes, then place on paper towel.

     6: in a pan wok add oil, butter heat it well, add onion, garlic and fry till gets soft, on high flame.

     7: now add tandoori masala, 1/3 cup water mix and cook on low to medium flame till the oil separates.

     8: add cumin, crushed black pepper, salt, milk, mayonnaise mix and cook till gets thick.

     9: now add wings and mix well add spring onion mix.

    10: serve hot with Friescold drinks and enjoy.
