Tandoori Chicken Roast
Ingredients

First Marination:
1: chicken 1 kg (put cuts on the chicken)
2: salt 1 tbsp (heaped)
3: vinegar 6 tbsp
4: water (enough so the chicken can submerge)
Second Marination:
1: plain flour 2 tbsp (heaped)
2: thick yogurt 5 tbsp
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
4: mustard oil 3 tbsp
5: red chilli powder 2 tsp
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
8: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: cumin powder 2 tsp
10: garam masala powder 1 tsp
11: red food colour 1/2 tsp
12: kashmiri red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
13: chat masala 1 tsp (heaped)
14: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Other:
1: coal to smoke the chicken
Instructions

1: in a bowl add chicken, water, salt, vinegar and leave it for 2 hour and if possible over night will do wonders.
2: in a bowl add all ingredients under second marination mix well and cover the chicken with it not forgetting in between the cuts too, leave for 2 hours.
3: heat the pressure cook on high flame for 5 minutes, place a stand in side, take a baking tray with holes place the chicken on it and then keep it in the pressure cooker.
4: the lid of the pressure cooker remove the rubber from inside and do not place the weight on the top once the pressure cooker is locked.
5: once the chicken is placed in, lock the pressure cooker and let it cook for 40 to 50 minutes on a medium flame.
6: can also bake in the oven 350f, 180c, gas mark 4 for 40 to 50 minutes.
7: heat a coal and smoke the chicken as shown in the video.
8: place a grill on the stove and place the chicken on it and just rotate it around till it gets a darker colour.
9: before serving sprinkle chat masala powder.
10: serve hot with lemon wedges, Chutney, Naan, Roti or the chicken on its own.
