TANDOORI CHICKEN BURGER

Ingredients

 1: chicken breast 4 (cut each in two from the middle)

 2: tandoori masala 2 tbsp (check the link in the video or ready-made)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp

 4: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 5: thick yogurt 3 tbsp

 6: chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp

 7: crushed red chilli 1 tsp

 8: salt 1/2 tsp

 9: red food color 1/4 tsp

 10: oil 3 tbsp

 11: coal 1 piece

 

For Assembling Burger:

 1: buns 6

 2: cheese slices 6

 3: onion 1 large (sliced)

 4: lettuce

 5: mayonnaise 1/2 cup

 6: chili garlic sauce 1/2 cup (Mitchell brand it is sweet)

Instructions

  1. TANDOORI CHICKEN BURGER

     Recipe:

     

     1: marinate chicken first with lemon juice, crushed red chilli, salt mix cover and keep aside for 1/2 hour.

     2: second marination of the chicken, mix ginger & garlic paste, yogurt, chaat masala, tandoori masala, red food colour,  oil mix well, cover and keep aside for 2 hours.

     3: heat a grill pan with 2 tbsp oil.

     4: add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes on each side, till the chicken is cooked, on medium flame.

     5: heat the coal.

     6: once chicken cooked add foil place the coal little oil cover till the smoke settles.

     7: warm the buns spread mayonnaise, place the chicken, cheese, chicken, onion, chilli garlic sauce, lettuce, bun top  part.

     8: serve hot with fries.
