Tamatar Keema Recipe

Ingredients

 

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: black cardamom 5

 3: black peppercorn 20

 4: cloves 6

 5: cinnimon sticks 2 peces

 6: onions 4 medium (finely sliced)

 7: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 8: mutton mince 1 kg

 9: corainder powder 1 tbsp

10: cumin seeds 2 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

11: red chilli powder 2 tsp

12: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

13: tomatoes 1/2 kg (sliced)

14: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

15: fresh coriander hand-full

16: green chilli 6 to 8

 

Instructions

  1. Tamatar Keema Recipe

     1: heat oil add black cardamom, black peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon sticks, onions fry on high flame till gets golden.

     2: add ginger & garlic paste and mix well.

     3: now add mince, coriander powder, cumin, red chilli powder, salt mix well and cook on high flame till the mince changes colour & releases water, then cook till the oil separates.

     4: then add the tomatoes, 1 cup water mix, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame till the tomatoes reduce and oil separates.

     5: add garam masala powder, fresh coriander hand-full, green chilli mix well and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

     6: serve hot with roti, naan, paratha.
