SZECHUAN SOUP

Ingredients

1: boneless chicken 1/2 cup (cut in thin strips)

 2: beef mince 1/2 cup

 3: shrimps 10

 4: mushrooms 8 (finely chopped)

 5: vinegar 3 tbsp

 6: dark soya sauce 3 tbsp

 7: Szechuan chilli sauce 3 tbsp

 8: salt 1 tsp

 9: black pepper powder 1 tsp

 10: spring onion (leaves) 3 tbsp

 11: egg 1

 12: corn flour 3 tbsp mixed with water

 13: coriander 3 tbsp or parsley

 14: chicken stock 9 cups or(mix 9 cups of hot water with 2 chicken cubes)

Instructions

  1. SZECHUAN SOUP

     1: in a bowl add chicken, prawns, mince, soya sauce, salt black pepper mix well and leave it to 20 minutes.

     2: heat the chicken stock and add the seasoned chicken mixture, cook on low to medium flame for about 12 minutes.

     3: then add mushrooms, vinegar, Szechuan chilli sauce, mix and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.

     4: now beat the egg and add it slowly in to the soup, keep stirring.

     5: add the corn flour and water mixture, keep stirring and cook till gets thick.

     6: then add parsley, spring onion mix.

     7: serve hot.
