Ingredients

 1: chicken 1 kg (cut in 12 pieces)

 2: bullet green chilli 10 (cut in half)

 3: fried onions 1/2 cup

 4: ginger 1 inch (jullien)

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 6: cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 7: salt 1 tsp

 8: crushed black pepper 1 tbsp

 9: lemon juice 4 tbsp

 10: oil 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. SULEMANI CHICKEN KARAHI

     1: heat oil add green chilli and fry till gets little colour, on high flame, then take it out and keep aside.

     2: in the same hot oil add chicken, ginger & garlic paste and cook till the chicken is tender and no liquid is left, on high  flame.

     3: now add fried onions, crushed black pepper, salt, cumin, ginger, half green chilli, lemon juice mix and simmer for 2 to  3 minutes, on low flame.

     4: then add the remaining fried green chilli, mix.

     5: serve hot with roti.
