SUJI KA PAKORA

Ingredients

 1: semolina 1 & 1/2 cup (fine)

 2: yogurt 4 tbsp

 3: ginger & garlic paste 1 tsp

 4: baking soda 1/4 tsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 7: coriander 3 tbsp

 8: onion 1 small (sliced)

 9: oil for frying

 10: water 150ml

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add semolina, onions, salt, crushed red chili, ginger & garlic paste, yogurt, coriander, water, and baking soda mix well, and leave it for 5 minutes.

     2: heat oil.

     3: use your hands to add a small amount of the pakode mixture, and fry till golden, on medium flame.

     4: Served hot with sweet imlli chutney.
