SUJI KA DHAI BHALLA

Ingredients

 1: semolina 1 cup (coarsely)

 2: yogurt 1/2 cup

 3: asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp

 4: salt 1 tsp

 5: ginger & garlic paste 1/2 tsp

 6: water 1/2 cup

 7: baking soda 1/4 tsp

 8: oil for frying

 

 For Serving:

 1: yogurt 3 cups

 2: tamarind sauce 1/2 cup

 3: roasted cumin seeds 1 tsp

 4: red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

 5: chaat masla 1/2 tsp

 6: coriander fresh 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1.  1: in a bowl add  semolina, yogurt, asafoetida, ginger & garlic, water, salt mix well and leave for 10 minutes.

     2: if the semolina gets to thick then add a little water and mix, then add baking soda and mix well.

     3: heat oil add the bhalla and fry on medium flame.

     4: then place them in warm water for 2 minutes, squeeze the water and place i a dish.

     5: spoon in the yogurt, tamarind sauce, chilli powder, cumin, chat masala, coriander.

     6: serve and enjoy.
