SUGAR SPRINKLES 2
Ingredients
- 1: icing sugar 1,1/2 cup
- 2: food colour gel 3 colours 3 drops
- 3: egg white 1tbs
- 4: warm water 1tbs
- 5: piping bag and the small nosel
- 6: baking paper
Recipe

- 1: beat the water and egg white, and add it to the icing sugar, mix well so that they are no lumps, can add a little water if the mixture feels dry.
- 2: the texture should look like a batter, not to thin or thick, medium.
- 3: for different colours add the mixture about 2 tbs in a bowl with the colour of your choice mix well, and add it in the piping bag.
- 4: now take the baking paper and place it on the working surface, and pipe the mixture on it, leave it to dry for a few hours.
- 5: repeat this with all the colours you want.
- 6: once dried crush them and use as required. (keep them in air tight boxes).
