SPICY MANGO WINGS

Ingredients

 For Coating:

 1: chicken wings 1/2 kg (with skin or without your choice)

 2: plain flour 1/2 cup

 3: paprika powder 1/2 tsp

 4: garlic powder 1/2 tsp

 5: salt 1/2 tsp

 6: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 

 For Mango Sauce:

 1: mango pulp 1/2 cup

 2: red chilli 2

 3: garlic 2 cloves (crushed)

 4: red chill powder 1/4 tsp

 5: vinegar 1/4 cup

 6: honey 1/4 cup

 7: lemon juice 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1.  Preheat Oven 425f, 220c, Gas Mark 7.

     1: wash chicken and pat dry with a paper towel.

     2: in a bowl combine flour, chilli powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.

     3: then add the flour mixture, and mix well so each wing is covered with the flour.

     4: Place chicken wings on a baking tray, and bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway for even cooking.

     5: in a food processor or blender, mix the mango, red chili, garlic, vinegar, red chili powder, honey and lime juice, blend until fully combined.

     6: in a saucepan add the mixture at medium heat, stir occasionally to prevent sticking, and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until your sauce reaches a preferred consistency.

     7: fully coat your cooked wings in the sauce.

     8: serve hot.

     NOTE: you can fry the chicken with the coating, and bake it, as you like.
