Spicy Fried Fish 2

Ingredients

 For Marination:

 1: fish 800g (sea bass filets)

 2: lemon juice 1 & 1/2 tbsp

 3: fish masala 1 & 1/2 tbsp (homemade check the link for the video)

 4: salt 1/2 tsp

 

 For Coating:

 1: bread slices 6

 2: fish masala 2 tbsp (homemade check the link for the video)

 3: plan flour 1/2 cup

 4: fish masala 1 tsp (homemade check the link for the video)

 5: salt 1/2 tsp

 6: eggs 2 (beat)

Instructions

  1. 1: mix fish with lemon juice, salt and fish masala cover and leave it for 2 hours.

     2: in a chopper add bread slices and chop it till looks like crumbs, then add the fish masala, again chop it to mix well.

     3: mix plain flour, salt, fish masala.

     4: beat 2 eggs.

     5: heat oil for frying.

     6: roll the fish in plain flour mixture, then dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs, press down on the crumbs so it sticks to the fish.

     7: place the fish in the hot oil and do not change sides for at least 1 & 1/2 minutes, then flip the fish and fry on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

     8: serve hot with fries, roti.

     

    NOTE: you can freeze the fish with the masala and breaded.
