Special Tawa Keema

Ingredients

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: onions 2 large (finely chopped)

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 4: tomatoes 4 large (chopped)

 5: chicken mince 1 kg

 6: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 2 tsp

 8: turmeric 1 tsp

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp

10: fennel seed powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

11: dry fenugreek leaves 2 tsp

12: achar 1 tbsp

13: fresh coriander handful

 

 For Garnishing:

 1: unsalted butter 2 tbsp

 2: bullet green chilli 3 (sliced)

 3: ginger 1 inch piece (Julian cut)

 4: onion 1 medium (sliced)

Instructions

  1. 1: heat oil add onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till changes colour.

     2: add the tomatoes and cook on high flame till the tomatoes reduce and oil comes on the surface.

     3: now add the chicken mince, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, fennel powder cook on high flame till the chicken mince gets white.

     4: then add dry fenugreek leaves, achar mix cover and simmer on low flame for 12 minutes.

     5: once the oil comes on the surface cook futher on high flame for 4 minutes till the oil comes on the surface completely.

     6: add fresh corainder mix.

     7: transfer the mince in a serving plater.

     8: melt butter add the green chilli and fry for a minute on high flame and transfer it on the mince.

     9: add ginger, onion rings.

    10: serve hot with roti, naan.
