Special Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients
1: green cardamom 6
2: cinnamon stick 2-inch piece
3: cloves 8
4: garlic 100g
5: ginger 100g
6: turmeric 1/2 tsp
7: salt 1 tsp
8: oil 8 tbsp
9: mint leaves 20 to 25
10: fresh coriander handful
Instructions

1: in a blender add green cardamom, cinnamon stick, and cloves and grind to a powder.
2: now add garlic, ginger, turmeric, salt, oil, mint leaves, fresh coriander grind to a paste.
3: store it in an air-tight container in the fridge for 4 to 5 weeks or freeze it for 2 to 3 months in ice cube trays.
4: this can be used in Curry, Biryani, and Vegetables.
