SPECIAL DAL GOSHT

Ingredients

 1: split chickpeas 2 cups (i use 250 ml cup) ( into 121.52 g) & (boiled with turmeric 1/4 tsp)

 2: mutton 1 kg

 3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 4: green chilli 4

 5: korma masala powder 3 tbsp (but can add more to your taste)

 6: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 7: salt 1/4 tsp (can add more to your taste)

 8: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 9: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 10: tomatos 4 (grind)

 11: onion 1 large (grind)

 12: fresh coriander handfull

 13: oil 2/3 cup

Instructions

  1.  1: heat oil add onon, ginger & garlic paste and fry till changes color, on high flame.

     2: add tomatoes, mutton, korma masala, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt mix and cook on high flame for 8 minutes.

     3: then add water 3 cups, covera and wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low to medium flame till the meat is tender.

     4: add the boiled dal mix well, add garam masala powder, green chilli, corainder and simmer it on low flame covered for 8 to 10 minutes.

     5: serve hot with Rice, Roti, Naan.
