SPECIAL BADAMI KHEER

Ingredients

1: almonds 400g (boiled and peeled)

 2: milk 5kg

 3: sugar 2 cups

 4: full fat dry milk powder 150g (Nido)

 5: milk 2 cups

 6: Kewra water 4tbs

 7: green cardamom powder 2tsp

 8: almonds 25 (sliced)

 9: pistachio 25 (sliced)

 10: clarified butter 4tbs

 11: gram flour 8tbs

 12: Khoya 1 cup ( homemade check the link on the video)

 

Instructions

  1. 1: in a blender add the peeled almonds, milk 2 cups and grind to a paste.

     2: in a large pan add milk, clarified butter, sieved gram flour and use a whisk to make sure they is no lumps, then add  the milk powder and whisk again, wait for a boil on high flame, then cook on low flame till gets thick, keep whisking.

     3: now add kewra water, green cardamom powder, sugar, grinned almonds whisk it well, cook on low flame for 3 to 4  minutes or till gets little thicker.

     4: then add khoya half mix it & transfer it in the serving dish.

     5: garnish it with sliced almonds, pistachios & remaining khoya.

     6: serve warm or chilled.
