SHAHI SHEER KHURMA
Ingredients
1: vermicelli 200g
2: milk 5 litres
3: condensed milk 1 & 1/2 can (Can Size 397g)
4: dates 150g(deseed)
5: pistachio 1/2 cup crushed
6: almonds 1/2 cup crushed
7: raisins 1/4 cup
8: cashew nuts 1/2 cup crushed
9: ghee/clarified butter 3 tbs
10: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
11: evaporated milk 1 can

SHAHI SHEER KHURMA
1: in a pan add milk, evaporated milk and wait for a boil and then lower the flame and cook for 10 to 20 minutes, keep stirring.
2: heat 1 tbsp ghee and add the nuts fry till gets light golden, then remove them and keep in a bowl.3: heat 1 tbs ghee and add the raisins, dates, and fry on low to medium flame till the dates get a little soft, then place them in the milk and cook.4: now heat the remaining ghee add the vermicelli and fry on medium flame till gets light golden, and then add these to the hot milk.5: add the fried nuts (leave a few for garnishing) and cook for 15 minutes on low to medium.6: add the condensed milk, and green cardamom powder mix well, and cook for a further 5 to 6 minutes on low to medium.7: once gets slightly thick serve hot or cold. (garnish it with the remaining nuts).
