SEVIYON KA MUZAFFAR

Ingredients

1: 200g vermicelli

2: 4tbs clarified butter (ghee)

3: green cardamom seeds 6 to 8

4: sugar 1 cup

5: water 1 glass

6: Almond & pistachios 1/3 cup each (chopped)

7: coconut stripes 9 to 10

8: ricotta cheese 1 cup

9: powder sugar 3tbs

  1. 1: make khoya cook ricotta cheese till no liquid is remaining, then add powder sugar mix well, and keep aside.

    2: make sugar syrup mix sugar and water, Just give one to two boils.

    3: Heat Ghee, throw in cardamom seeds to splutter.

    Fry the vermicelli light brown.

    4: Pour the syrup over the fried vermicelli and mix thoroughly, spread the chopped nuts, and coconut and mix well.

    5: spread khoya do not mix, cover with the lid.

    6: Put it on low heat they will become fluffy in the steam.

    7: serve warm, enjoy.
