SANDWICH CAKE RECIPE
Ingredients
For Chicken Filling:
1: chicken 2 cups (boiled & shredded)
2: mayonnaise 2 cups
3: salt 1/2 tsp
4: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
5: dry cranberries 1/2 cup
For Egg Filling:
1: boiled eggs 5 (mashed)
2: salt 1/2 tsp
3: black pepper crushed 1 tsp
4: sweet corn 1/2 cup
5: mayonnaise 2 cups
For Cheese Filling:
1: cheese slices 8
2: spring onion 1/2 cup
3: margarine or butter 4 tsp
For Frosting & Garnishing:
1: bread slices 16 slices
2: cream cheese 300g
3: mayonnaise 3 tbsp
4: salt 1/4 tsp
5: tomato 1 (finely sliced)
6: cucumber 3 inch (finely sliced)
7: lemon 1 (finely sliced)
8: spring onion 5 tbsp (green part)
Instructions

1: for making fillings, mix each as shown in the video.
2: spread butter on 4 slices, place cheese slices and sprinkle spring onion.
3: place slices on top, spread the egg mixture.
4: place bread slices, spread the chicken mixture.
5: place bread slices.
6: mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and spread all over and around.
7: garnish it like in the video or your choice.
8: serve and enjoy.
