SAMOSA PATTI
Ingredients
For Samosa Patti:
1: plain flour 2 cups (heaped)
2: salt 1/2 tsp
3: oil 2 tbsp
4: water 3/4 cup
For Layering:
1: oil 3 tbsp
2: plain flour 2 tbsp
For Glue:
1: plain flour 1/4 cup
2: water 1/4 cup
For Filling:
1: chicken mince 1 kg
2: onions 4 medium (finely chopped)
3: frozen peas 1 cup
4: ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
5: Bullet green Chili 5 (finely chopped)
6: garam masala powder 1 tsp
7: crushed black pepper 1 tsp
8: salt 1 tsp
9: crushed red chilli 1 tsp
10: fresh mint 1/2 cup (chopped)
11: fresh coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
12: water 1 cup
13: oil 3 tbsp
For Frying:
1: oil
Instructions

SAMOSA PATTI
1: in a pan add chicken mince, crushed red chili, crushed black pepper, salt, ginger & garlic paste, and water mix well, cover, and cook till the water completely dries, on medium flame.
2: heat oil and add the onions, fry till golden, on high flame.
3: now add the cooked chicken back in the onions, close the flame, and add garam masala powder, green chili, coriander, and mint mix well, and keep it aside to cool completely.
4: to make the samosa Patti: in a bowl add plain flour, and salt mix, then add oil, and water to make dough, knead it for 5 to 6 minutes, cover, and leave it for 10 minutes.
5: now dust the surface with plain flour, place the dough on it, and cut into 6 equal pieces.
6: then take each dough piece dust the surface with plain flour and roll in an 8-inch circle.
7: layer the circles adding a little oil and flour between each layer.
8: then roll it again into a 12-inch circle.
9: heat the pan on medium flame, place the dough cook for 2 minutes, when the colour changes flip and cook for 1 minute.
10: cut in half and again half to make 4 equal pieces, cover to prevent from drying.
11: in a bowl add water, and plain flour and mix well to make a paste.
12: separate the layers.
13: hold the pastry with the right angle towards you, fold the edge as shown in the video, apply the paste to the edge, lift the other corner, and fold.
14: add the filling, apply the paste the paste and cover.
15: heat oil and fry till golden.
16: serve and enjoy.
