Ingredients

 Rose Barfi || Coconut Barfi Recipe || Kacche Nariyal Ki Barfi || Dessert Recipe in Urdu Hindi By Chef Faiza Zarif  @COOK WITH FAIZA 

 

 1: desiccated coconut 3 cup

 2: rose water 1 tbsp

 3: cream 4 to 5 tbsp

 4: rooh afza syrup 4 to 5 tbsp (mixed with red food colour 1/2 tsp) (can add more)

 5: sweetened condensed milk 397g can (1)

 6: desiccated coconut 3 tbsp

 7: pistachios 1 tsp (crushed)

 

Instructions

  1. Rose Barfi

     1: in a fry pan add desiccated coconut and dry roast it on medium flame till slightly changes colour & close the flame.

     2: add rose water, cream, rooh afza, sweetened condensed milk mix well and then on the stove and cook till the mixture combins and there is no moister.

     3: grease a tray and transfer the mixture n it and spread evenly, leave to cool completely, cut in pieces.

     4: place the pieces in desiccated coconut.

     5: garnish will dry rose petals, pistachios.

     6: serve and enjoy.
