RICE PAKORA
Ingredients
1: boiled rice 2 cups (fresh or leftover)
2: gram flour 6 tbsp
3: ginger & garlic paste 2 tsp
4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: crushed red chilli 2 tsp
6: green chilli 2 (finely chopped)
7: chaat masala powder 1 tsp
8: dry fenugreek leaves 3 tbsp
9: garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
10: cumin seeds 1 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
11: onion 1 medium (finely chopped)
12: water 3 tbsp
13: oil for frying
Instructions

RICE PAKORA
1: in a bowl add rice, dry fenugreek leaves, crushed red chili, garam masala powder, green chili, salt, ginger & garlic paste, chaat masala, cumin, gram flour, and onion mix well.
2: now add water and mix well, mash it with your hands.
3: heat oil.
4: now take small pieces of the mixture, and press firmly so it will not open.
5: add the rice mixture and fry till gets golden and crisp, on high flame.
6: Served hot with sweet imli chutney, ketchup, or mint chutney.
