Quick Shami Kabab

Ingredients

 

 For Kabab:

 1: chana dal 250g (soaked over night, boiled)

 2: boneless chicken 250g (boiled)

 3: potatoes 250g (boiled)

 4: salt 1tsp

 5: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 6: crushed red chilli 1 & 1/2 tsp

 7: cumin seeds 1 tbsp (dry roasted & crushed)

 8: black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

 9: green chilli 4

 10: onion 1 medium (chopped)

 11: mint leaves 20 to 25

 12: fresh coriander hand full

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: eggs as many required for frying

 2: oil for frying

 
 

Instructions

  1. Quick Shami Kabab

     1: in a chopper add all ingredients and chop till gets smooth.

     2: then grease you're palms and make round kababs.

     3: you can freeze them in an airtight container in single layers and between every layer place a plastic sheet so they do not stick to each other.

     4: beat eggs.

     5: heat oil.

     6: dip the kababs in the egg and fry in hot oil till gets golden on both side, on medium to high flame, then place it on paper towel to remove extra oil.

     7: serve hot with any sauce and can make sandwiches or burgers with it.
