QUICK KULFA (easy)

Ingredients

 1: double cream 2 cups

 2: condensed milk 397g can

 3: bread slices 2

 4: milk 1/2 cup

 5: rose water 1 tbsp

 6: green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

 7: almonds 10 (crushed)

 8: pistachio 10 (crushed)

 

Instructions

  1. QUICK KULFA (easy)

    1: soak bread in milk.

    2: in a blender add soaked bread, cream, condensed milk, rose water, and cardamom powder and blend till smooth.

    3: sprinkle a little crushed almonds, and pistachios in a tin loaf and the remaining nuts in the mixture mix it and add the mixture in the tin.

    4: cover the tin and freeze for 5 hours.

    5: then take out from the freezer and place it in warm water for 30 seconds, remove it from the tin.

    6: serve and enjoy.
