QUICK EGG BREAKFAST RECIPE
Ingredients
For Cheese & Jam Toast:
1: eggs 2
2: bread slice 1
3: cheese slice 1
4: strawberry jam 1 tsp
5: salt 1/4 tsp or (to your taste)
6: butter 1 tbsp or (less your choice)
For Omelette Toast:
1: eggs 2
2: bread slice 1
3: cheese slice 1
4: onion 1 tsp or (more)
5: tomato 1 tsp or (more)
6: green chilli 1 (chopped)
7: butter 1 tbsp or (less)
8: salt 1/4 tsp or (to your taste)
9: crushed red chilli 1/4 tsp or (more)
Instructions

For Cheese & Jam Toast:
1: beat eggs add salt and beat again.
2: melt butter on low to medium.
3: add the eggs.
4: cut the slice of bread in half and place it on the egg and change side.
5: once the egg is cooked from the bottom, flip it and press it so the other side gets cooked evenly.
6: fold the sides of the eggs inwards as showen in the video.
7: place the cheese on one side and spread jam on the other half and fold it.
8: press for a few seconds on both sides.
9: serve hot.
For Omelette Toast:
1: beat eggs with salt, crushed red chilli.
2: melt butter on low to medium.
3: add a tsp of onions, tomatoes, green chilli mix and add the eggs.
4: cut the slice of bread in half and place it on the egg and change side.
5: once the egg is cooked from the bottom, flip it and press it so the other side gets cooked evenly.
6: fold the sides of the eggs inwards as shown in the video.
7: place the cheese and fold it.
8: press for a few seconds on both sides.
9: serve hot.
