QUICK DHABA MUTTON

Ingredients

1: mutton 1 kg (boil till tender with water)

 2: dry fenugreek leaves 1 & 1/2 tsp

 3: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

 4: dry roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 7: red chilli powder 1 tsp

 8: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 9: lemon juice 3 tbsp

 10: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 11: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)

 12: bullet green chilli 2 (chopped)

 13: tomatoes 3 large (sliced)

 14: onions 1 large (finely chopped)

 15: thick greek yogurt 1/2 cup

 16: oil or ghee 1/2 a cup

 17: fresh coriander 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. QUICK DHABA MUTTON

     1: heat oil add onions and fry till soft, on high flame.

     2: then add ginger & garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, crushed black pepper,  tomatoes and cook till the masala is made.

     3: now add the boiled meat and fry it in the masala for 3 to 4 minutes, on high flame.

     4: add yogurt, crushed coriander mix and cook it till the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

     5: now add lemon juice, green chilli, ginger, coriander mix well.

     6: serve hot with roti or naan.
