Ingredients

 1: chicken mince 1 kg

 2: onions 2 medium (grind to a paste)

 3: tomatoes 4 medium (grind to a paste)

 4: oil 1 cup

 5: salt 1 tsp

 6: crushed red chilli 2 tsp

 7: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 8: crushed black pepper 1 tsp

 9: garam masala powder 1 tsp (my homemade)

 10: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp

 11: green chilli 4 (sliced)

 12: fresh ginger 2 inch (sliced)

 13: fresh coriander handful

Instructions

  1. QUICK CHICKEN KEEMA HANDI

    1: heat oil add the onion paste and fry till changes colour, on high flame.

    2: now add ginger & garlic paste, salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red chilli, and tomato paste mix, and cook on high flame till the oil comes to the surface, on high flame.

    3: then add the chicken mince, ginger, green chilli, garam masala powder mix and cover and cook on low flame till the oil comes on the surface.

    4: add fresh coriander mix.

    5: Served hot with paratha, or roti.
