Quick Aloo Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
1: potatoes 1/2 kg (boiled & mashed)
2: wheat flour 150g
3: plain flour 150g
4: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp
5: crushed red chill 2 tsp
6: chaat masala 1 tsp
7: green chilli 3 (finely chopped)
8: oil 2 tbsp
9: fresh coriander 3 tbsp
10: milk 1/2 cup (or) water
For Filling:
1: mozzarella cheese 1 cup
2: black pepper 1/4 tsp
3: salt 1/4 tsp
Instructions

1: in a bowl add boiled & mashed potatoes, wheat flour, plain flour, salt, crushed red chilli, chaat masala, green chilli, oil, fresh coriander and mix well.
2: then add milk and knead to a hard dough and then add a little oil on the dough, cover and leave it for 30 minutes.
3: now make small balls, roll it in flour, flatten the sides and roll it.
4: heat the tawa on medium flame and place the paratha on it and cook on both sides as shown in the video, add butter or oil on both sides and cook till done.
