PUDINA GOSHT

Ingredients

 

 

 1: mutton 1 kg

 2: onions 2 large (grind) For Smooth Gravy

 3: green chilli 6 (grind)

 4: dark soya sauce 2 tbsp

 5: sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp

 6: lemon juice 2 tbsp

 7: cnnimon stick 1

 8: bay leaves 2

 9: black cardamom 3

 10: black pepper corns 15 to 20

 11: cream 3 tbsp

 12: cashew nuts or almonds  2 tbsp

 13: yogurt 4 tbsp

 14: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 15: turmeric 1/2 tsp

 16: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 17: mint 1 small bunch

 18: oil 3/4 cup

 

 

Instructions

  1. PUDINA GOSHT

     1: in a blender add mint, cashew nuts, yogurt and grind to a paste.

     2: heat oil add bay leaves, black cardamom, black pepper corn, cinnamon stick fry n hot oil.

     3: add the onions and fry till changes colour on high flame.

     4: now add the meat and fry till it changes colour on high flame.

     5: then add turmeric, salt, green chilli, soya sauce, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce, water mix and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender.

     6: now add the paste made with mint and cook on high flame till the oil comes on surface.

     7: garnish the dish with cream.

     8: serve hot with naan, roti, roghni naan.
