preheat oven 200c, 400f, gas mark 6
1: roll the puff pastry 1/4 inch, cut the sides for straight edges.2: spread the pizza sauce, add the cheese, and oregano, and roll both sides inwards.3: cut the pastry as thick or thin as you like.4: Place the cut pieces on the baking tray.5: bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or till golden and crisp.6: serve hot.Note: if the pastry is cut thin then enjoy it as biscuits, once cooled but if like a snack then cut thick pieces, thin pieces get baked fast (for more flavor and spicy sprinkle crushed red chili as well in the filling)
