PITA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients
1: plain flour 1/2 kg
2: yeast 1 tbsp
3: sugar 1 tsp
4: salt 1 tsp
5: oil 4 tbsp
6: warm water as much required
Instructions

1: in a bowl add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and oil, and mix well.
2: add warm water and knead for 5 to 7 minutes, till smooth, spread a little oil in the oil and dough, cover, and keep in a warm place till doubles in size.
3: now punch down the dough, and divide it into small balls.
4: dust flour on a working surface and roll, keep it on a flour-dusted baking tray, and cover it for 20 minutes.
5: preheat oven 240c, 475f, gas mark 9.
6: place the tray in the oven and bake for 7 to 8 minutes.
7: now use as required for Doner Kebab, Omelette, Falafel.
