Peshawari Kheer 2
Ingredients
1: raw rice 1/2 cup (boiled with water 2 glass)
2: rush 4
3: milk 2 litre
4: sweetened condensed milk 397g (1 can) but can add more to your taste (or) sugar 1 cup (heaped)
5: green cardamom powder 1 tsp
6: dates 5 (deseeded)
7: jaggery 1 tbsp
8: pistachio 15 (crushed)
9: walnuts 4 (sliced)

Peshawari Kheer 2
1: boil rice with 2 glasses of water and boil till gets extra soft and mashy.
2: Place the boiled rice in a blender with rusk and blend to a smooth paste.
3: in a large pot add milk and the mixture of rice mix well and cook on low flame for 30 to 35 minutes till starts to get thick and keep stirring.
4: after 20 minutes add the condensed milk, and green cardamom powder mix well.
5: in a grinding mill add dates, jaggery a little water, and grind well.
6: add the date mixture mix well and leave to cool.
7: garnish with some pistachio, and walnuts and keep in the fridge to chill.
8: serve chilled and enjoy.
