  1. PAV BHAJI

    1: heat a pan or flat pan (tawa) add 1/2 cup water and bell peppers cook on high flame till gets soft.

    2: add the tomatoes, salt, water 1cup cover & cook on medium flame till gets soft and keep mashing along.
     
    3: now add turmeric, butter 3tbs, potatoes and peas mix well and mashing (very important) cook on low to medium.
     
    4: add the coriander mix it, move the mashed veg on a side on the pan and add butter 3tbs, onions, ginger & garlic paste, red chilli, pav bhaji masala and green chilli cook till the onions get soft, then mix together with the vegs.
     
    5: now add water 1 cup mix cover and cook on low to medium till the water dries.
     
    6: once the water dries add the red colour and 1/2 cup of water mix well and cook again till the water dries.
     
    7: heat the pan and warm the buns with butter.
     
    8: serve hot with buttered buns, onions and lemon vegs.
     
    Note: keep adding water till the vegs are cooked, soft and completely mashed up.
