Ingredients

 For Curry:

 1: green chilli 6

 2: onions 2 medium

 3: yogurt 1 cup

 4: cream 1 cup

 5: ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp

 6: cashew nuts or almonds 15

 7: cumin powder 2 tsp

 8: coriander powder 2 tbsp

 9: red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp

 10: salt 1 & 1/2 tsp

 11: fresh coriander 4 tbsp

 12: fresh mint 4 tbsp

 

 Other Ingredients:

 1: oil 1/2 cup

 2: boneless chicken 1 kg

 3: dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp

 4: garam masala powder 1 tsp

 5: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)

Instructions

  1. 1: in a blender add all the ingredients under curry and grind to a smooth paste.

    2: in a pan add oil and the blended paste cook on medium to high flame till the oil comes on the surface.

    3: now add the chicken and cook till changes color, then add water 1 & 1/2 cup mix and wait for a boil and then cook on medium flame till the oil comes on the surface and the chicken is tender.

    4: then add fenugreek leaves, garam masala, ginger mix, and simmer on low flame for 6 to 7 minutes.

    5: Served hot with roti, naan, or paratha.
