    1. Prepare the Dough:
    In a bowl, combine wheat flour, carom seeds, salt, and ghee. Mix well.

    2. Knead the Dough:
    Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

    3. Roll and Shape:
    Dust the surface with flour and roll the dough thinly. Use a cutter to shape the papdis and prick them with a fork to prevent puffing while frying.

    4. Fry the Papdis:
    Heat oil in a pan over low to medium flame. Fry the papdis individually until golden brown on both sides. Avoid overcrowding the pan.

    5. Serve and Enjoy:
    Once fried, remove the papdis from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel. Serve and enjoy these crispy delights with your favorite chutney or dip
